Black Dog is one of the best films of 2024. At turns dramatic, funny, humane, redemptive and visually astounding as we find the taciturn Lang (Eddie Peng) a former 'big shot' celebrity motorcycle stunt motorcyclist returning to his hometown on the edge of the Gobi desert in 2008 as the Beijing Summer Olympics are set to take place.
