Italian star duo Alessandro Borghi (The Eight Mountains) and Luigi Lo Cascio deliver standout performances in this clash between local fishermen and poachers on the Po River Delta in northeastern Italy.   A local group of volunteers led by Osso (Lo Cascio) wants to save the river from overfishing and defend it from the Florians, a family on the run from the Danube region who are plundering the river’s fish stocks and flouting fishing laws. With the Florians is Elia (Borghi), a man born and raised in the Delta, who once was part of the local community but now finds himself on the opposite side of the conflict.   Overwhelmed by a thirst for vengeance, the two men will face each other amidst the fog of the Delta.
